Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the time of purchase. If 7 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Please note that FestivBox reserves all rights to decide and judge which cases warrant a legitimate claim and can refuse any claims for any reason. Returned items must be unopened or Re-sellable.

If the order is lost due to in incorrect address provided by the customer, then it would be the 100% responsibility of the customer for such loss and FestivBox will bear no cost or refund for such order. If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by customer, then the customer has the option to cancel the order minus the shipping charges incurred. The returned box could be re-attempted to deliver again with the correct address, but the customer will be charged for the additional postage fees. There is no exception to this rule.

Refund is processed your original payment method. Item should be in original condition, tags and packaging.
